The Preserve at Country Ridge is located directly across the street from Country Ridge Estates. This is a single family residential community with 341 lots located on the west side of Sherman, Texas. Homes in The Preserve are intended to range in price from the low $160’s up to the low $200’s. Exact pricing is to be determined. There are six diverse floor plans to choose from. Square footages range from 1,500 up to 2,800 square feet. We are in the planning stages of building a model home to serve as The Preserve at Country Ridge’s sales center.

The Preserve is divided into four separate phases with 71 lots being in Phase I and 90 lots in each of the subsequent phases. Phase I development also coincides with the planned building of the amenity center which will include a pool, hot tub, playground and picnic area for this community.
