Welcome to The Preserve at Country Ridge

Country Ridge is a single family residential community located on the west side of Sherman, Texas. Contained within Country Ridge are two distinctly different subdivisions, Country Ridge Estates (“The Estates”) and The Preserve at Country Ridge (“The Preserve”). Country Ridge Estates is a 600 lot community, and The Preserve at Country Ridge is a 341 lot community.

Homes in The Preserve are intended to range in price from the low $160’s up to the low $200’s. There are six different floor plans (three ranch and three two story) to choose from ranging in size from 1,400 square feet up to 2,600 square feet. We are in the planning stages of building a model home to serve as its sales center. The Preserve is divided into four separate phases with 71 lots being in Phase I, with 90 lots in each of the subsequent phases.

Phase I development also coincides with the planned building of the amenity center which will include a pool, hot tub, playground and picnic area for The Preserve at Country Ridge community.
